Snow-covered forest on the North Shore mountains

    Learn about our roots.

GetFresh Ventures is a Vancouver team that builds growth systems inside owner-led companies, from HVAC to trucking. You don’t need to be technical to work with us. We ran a company of our own first, and we still judge every fix the way an owner would: by what it does to the numbers.

    Diraj Goel

    Founder and Managing Partner

Diraj spent 1999 to 2016 in operations at WebCT, Vision Critical and Hootsuite, and in 2017 rebuilt BC Tech’s HyperGrowth accelerator. He built the Growth by Design model there and uses it with every company we take on. His approach with client teams is simple: make their people the heroes.

    VP of Growth

Arvin leads the build and runs the working sessions with client teams. He goes down to street level: for one home-services client, he used census data on when homes were built to find the streets due for a new furnace.

    Hasti Yazdiha

    Hasti Yazdiha

    Head of Revenue Operations

Hasti spent a decade in education, designing programs that change how people learn, then carried that into fintech and other fast-moving industries. At GetFresh she runs revenue operations: she maps how each client sells, sets up the pipeline, playbooks and reporting that keep deals moving from first call to signed contract, and trains client teams until the new way of working sticks.

    Where it started.

From 1999 to 2016, Diraj ran operations and systems inside fast-growing Vancouver tech companies, including WebCT, Vision Critical and Hootsuite. If it plugged into the wall, it was his job, so he learned to see each business as one engine. In 2017 he wrote it down to rebuild BC Tech’s HyperGrowth accelerator. One lesson kept repeating: growth stalls in the handoffs nobody owns.

    How we work.

We sit with your people and watch how the work gets done: what they click, where they wait, what they re-type by hand. Then we build the fix inside the tools you already pay for, AI included, and test it live until your team can run it. It’s done when your people use it and your numbers move.

We are an agentic engineering growth advisory firm.

    1. Demand

      How buyers find you.

      Where it stalls
Every channel reports its own numbers, so nobody can say which ad, search or referral made the phone ring.
      What we build
A daily view from first click to booked job, by channel, so your spend moves to what pays.
      In practice
A home-services company opening in a new state traced every call from each ad to the booked job.
    2. Decision

      How a buyer says yes.

      Where it stalls
Leads cool between calls, follow-up depends on who remembers, and reps chase buyers who could never buy.
      What we build
Follow-up in each rep’s own voice right after every call, and a score for the buyers worth chasing.
      In practice
For one sales team, we studied how the top closers followed up and gave every rep their approach.
    3. Handoff

      How a sale becomes delivery.

      Where it stalls
Between the call and the job, details drop, and bookings land in another system and vanish from the numbers.
      What we build
One record from first call to finished job, so every booking shows up and nothing falls between teams.
      In practice
At one company, calls passed from the answering service to dispatch were showing up as lost. We found every one.
    4. Compounding

      How customers stay and grow.

      Where it stalls
Repeat business slips quietly. A shelf runs empty or a renewal goes unasked, and nobody sees it until revenue dips.
      What we build
Account-level signals that show who is growing, who is slipping and who is ready for the next order.
      In practice
A beverage distributor’s trucks kept running short of best sellers. We are building a planner that sets each route’s stock from its sales history.
    5. Return

How happy customers bring new ones.

      Where it stalls
Praise stays in private conversations. Nobody asks for the introduction, so every new customer costs full price.
      What we build
A habit of capturing results and customer words as they happen, and putting them where new buyers look.
      In practice
A client vouched for us to a fellow manufacturer in their state, and that call opened our next conversation.

    The doubling test.

If your sales doubled next year, what would break first? Your answer is where we start.

    Demand

    Lead quality.

Twice the leads means twice the chasing of buyers who can’t buy.

    Relationships

    Follow-through.

Promises outrun delivery, and customers you worked hard to win start to drift.

    Operations

The people who hold it all.

The few people who run it from memory, and the spreadsheets they run on.

    read case studies

    The thinking behind it.

Your slowest gear sets your speed.

    A funnel and a circle.

Every business wins new customers through a funnel and keeps them through a circle. While a customer is buying, you want to be on their mind. Once they’ve bought, you want to be like toothpaste: part of the daily routine, never a second thought. Happy customers feed the funnel again, so we study both engines together.

    Why we test at double.

Under twice the load, every weak spot gets louder: too few leads, deals that close too slowly, thin margins, customers who stop buying more, support that eats your cash. The test shows which one breaks first, and the fix starts there.

    What stays after day ninety.

    Clean, connected data.

Your systems keep feeding one place, with every definition your team agreed on. The next problem starts from solid ground, so it gets solved faster.

    Rules you can change.

Your business rules are written in plain English. Change a rule and the work changes with it.

It improves as you use it.

Every correction your team makes becomes a new rule. Over time they approve less and trust it more, until it simply runs.
