The starting point.
Software for independent nursing businesses, at about $30K in annual recurring revenue and 120 paid users in July 2023.
What held it back.
Plenty of sign-ups, but too few free users moved to paid plans, with little pricing segmentation and weak forecasting.
What we built.
A maturity model for nursing businesses, email journeys for each segment, a student offer, and revenue tracking through Stripe.
What changed.
By February 2024, monthly revenue reached $6.7K and paid users 180. The work placed second in CMC-Canada’s Consulting Project of the Year.
